Free, secure personal document destruction service being offered

Beginning Monday April 21st through Friday April 25th the employees at the Community Opportunities, Inc., Sheltered workshop will be offering a free community service to help protect personal information.
Community Opportunities, which operates a recycle center, will be waiving the fee usually charged for document destruction for this one week to celebrate Earth Day which is Tuesday April 22nd.
To take advantage of this free service, people can bring their confidential personal documents to the Community Opportunities building located on the corner of Osteopathy and Michigan streets at 1001 South Osteopathy between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the week of April 21st. People bringing their documents to Community Opportunities for destruction can observe the process of their documents being destroyed.
