Well day four of the challenge is almost complete!
I was in a bit of a rush to get to work today so I just made a peanut butter sandwich with some more of my pretzels and luckily I had dinner already packed! Leftover chicken alfredo with broccoli.
I have to say, the sandwiches are already starting to get a little old, so I think I??m going to try and branch out with my meals next week.
This was my first day back to work since I??ve started the challenge, and I must say it was much easier to keep myself from snacking while I was at work.
I stopped to have an apple with some peanut butter mid-afternoon, but up until that point I really wasn??t even feeling all that hungry.
I can say that I??m missing my Diet Coke even more that I??m back to work now! I??m almost at the end of my work day and without that extra caffeine boost I??m finding it very hard to stay awake. I think I??ll be able to make it through this week, but at this point it??s looking like I??m going to cave and buy a case on my next shopping trip...
