      30-Minute Chili



      Serves 8 (1 cup each)

      All you need



      1 pound ground beef


      ¾ cup chopped yellow onion


      1 pkg (1.25 oz) chili seasoning mix


      1 can (16 oz) beans in chili-seasoned sauce, undrained


      1 can (14.5 oz) Huntâ??s diced tomatoes, undrained


      1 can (10 oz) Ro*Tel original diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained


      1 can (8 oz) Huntâ??s tomato sauce


      1 cup water






      All you do




      1. Cook beef and onion in large saucepan over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain.



      2. Stir in seasoning mix. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes, stirring several times.





      Nutrition per serving: 204 calories, 7 g fat, 2 g saturated fat, 33 g cholesterol, 793 mg sodium, 19 g carbohydrate, 6 g fiber, 4 g sugar, 15 g protein. Vitamin A 8%, Vitamin C 18%, Calcium 7%, Iron 11%.
