The Adair County YMCA is inviting the community to help wrap up the annual 'Strong Kids Campaign' event. The event will come to an end with a dinner theater show.
That will occur on Saturday the 3rd at Jackson Stables. The show that will be performed is the 1928 classic 'Murder She Rhymed.' A $25 donation is suggested for tickets. That money will go towards funding new programs at the YMCA.
"I think everybody should have the opportunity to participate in a program at the Y. Whether that's men's basketball, or adult soccer, youth soccer after school, this campaign allows us to never turn anyone away, so everyone, regardless of what your income is, can come in and participate in a program at the Y," said Brittni Kastelic, Adair County YMCA Program Director.
Once again, the show 'Murder She Rhymed' will be performed May 3rd. That will begin at 6 p.m. with a social hour at Jackson Stables.
