4-H and FFA animal shows continued Wednesday at the NEMO Fair in Kirksville.
KTVO was there Wednesday morning as kids and teens showed their agricultural projects be judged, hoping for a blue ribbon.
The rabbit shows took place at the rabbit arena, of course, while the beef shows were going on in the livestock area.
First up was the bucket calf show, followed by the breeding beef and the market beef shows.
While we were there, youngsters were grooming, feeding and walking their cattle to warm them up to strut their stuff in front of the judges.
It's not too late to see the rest of the shows this week. The swine show will take place Thursday morning at 8 and the goat show will be at 10 a.m. on Friday.
