A 16-month investigation led by undercover investigators nets another arrest.The Scotland County Sheriff's Office says Robert Harold Fleming IV, 28, Milton, Iowa, was arrested Wednesday in Fairfield, Iowa. That brings the tally of arrests to at least seven.Fleming is charged with one count of Distribution/Delivery/Manufacture, Produce or Attempt to or possession with intent to Distribute/Deliver/Manufacture/Produce a controlled substance, a class B Felony, and Distributing or Delivering not more than 5 grams of marijuana, a class C felony.Authorities say Fleming was held in Jefferson County, Iowa, until he waived extradition from Iowa to Missouri. Friday, he signed his waiver in court in Jefferson County. He was transported to the Scotland County Jail on Monday. He was arraigned before Judge Karl DeMarce. His bond remains set at $50,000.00 cash only.
