Residents gathered in one northeast Missouri community to celebrate their hometown pride.
The town of Atlanta is holding their annual Homecoming Festival this weekend. Their Homecoming Parade was held Saturday morning.
Families lined up as cars, trucks and tractors occupied by community leaders passed by while handing out candy out to the kids.
But the most touching moment was at the beginning when the parade stopped to honor our country with The Star Spangled Banner.
After the parade, there was a car show, live entertainment, food and fun.
The Atlanta Homecoming Festival wraps up Sunday.
