      Better than Oatmeal

      Hy-Vee Dietitian, Andrea Shelley, shows how to make a substitute for oatmeal
      All You Need:

      ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? 2 large eggs

      ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? 1 cheetah spotted banana

      ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

      ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? 1 tsp pure vanilla

      ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? 1/2 tbsp. butter

      ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? Your favorite toppings such as berries and walnuts

      All You Do:

      1.ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? Peel banana, break it into small pieces and place it in a medium bowl.

      2.ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? Using a potato smasher, smash the banana.

      3.ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? Add eggs and beat with a fork until the eggs are well scrambled.

      4.ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? Melt butter in a small pan on medium/high heat.

      5.ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? Pour banana mixture into pan.

      6.ã??ã??ã??ã??ã??ã?? Let cook for 1 minute, mix and continue to cook until eggs are well done; about 3 minutes total.
