      Better than Oatmeal

      Hy-Vee Dietitian, Andrea Shelley, shows how to make a substitute for oatmeal
      All You Need:

      ???????????????? 2 large eggs

      ???????????????? 1 cheetah spotted banana

      ???????????????? 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

      ???????????????? 1 tsp pure vanilla

      ???????????????? 1/2 tbsp. butter

      ???????????????? Your favorite toppings such as berries and walnuts

      All You Do:

      1.???????????? Peel banana, break it into small pieces and place it in a medium bowl.

      2.???????????? Using a potato smasher, smash the banana.

      3.???????????? Add eggs and beat with a fork until the eggs are well scrambled.

      4.???????????? Melt butter in a small pan on medium/high heat.

      5.???????????? Pour banana mixture into pan.

      6.???????????? Let cook for 1 minute, mix and continue to cook until eggs are well done; about 3 minutes total.
