Big Brother auditions hit Ottumwa
Over 60 people hoping to make it big as the next reality TV stars packed into Ottumwa's Bridgeview Center Saturday for Big Brother Auditions.
The hit show is searching for cast members for its 16th season.
Those auditioning were asked a variety of questions about themselves and how they would fit into the show.
The filming of the new season has not yet been scheduled.
Tentative dates on the show's website indicate June 13th, 2014 and July 1st, 2014 as possibilities. Filming could last until early September.
KTVO caught up with some of the people auditioning and asked them what they would bring to the table if selected.
"My sense of humor, my ability to just get along with everybody, and make everyone else in the house smile, party, and have a good old time," said Jennie Baker.
"My great personality," said Cheryl Shedenhelm.
Applicants will be notified via phone on May 16th if they make it to the next round of casting.
The final round of casting will take place in Los Angeles.
