Bloomfield Police seek multiple fugitives
The Bloomfield Police Department is asking for assistance in locating two individuals with outstanding arrest warrants.
The first is Christopher Wray Bachman. Bachman is 5â??8â??, 165 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. Bachman is charged with Assault with display or use of a weapon, Criminal Mischief in the third degree, Driving while Barred, and Child Endangerment. All four charges are aggravated misdemeanor charges.
According to affidavits, Bachman allegedly displayed a baseball bat with nails in it to a victim. The affidavits also state that Bachman allegedly got out of his car and ran into a timber area
on August 19, 2012. Bachmanâ??s bond is set at $2,000 cash only. His last known location was Ottumwa, Iowa.
The Bloomfield Police Department also seeks Timothy John Campbell from Atlantic, Iowa. Campbell is 5â??11â??, 190 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Campbell is charged with Second Degree Theft, a Class D felony. His bond is set at $5,000 cash only. According to affidavits, Campbell allegedly wrote checks from an account that was closed in 2008. The alleged offense took place in 2011.
