      B.L.T Sushi

      Ingredients:

      Rice

      Tomatoes

      Bacon

      Lettuce

      Nori

      Mayonnaise

      Wasabi

      1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar

      1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

      1/4 Cup Sugar

      1 Teaspoon Salt

      Directions:

      Rinse uncooked rice off with water first to get rid of starch. Cook rice. Once rice is cooked, put into mixing bowl and combine 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Lay Nori on flat surface and make sure dull surface is facing up. Take a spoonful of rice and place in middle of the Nori sheet. Spread evenly. Place strips of bacon and lettuce at one end of Nori. Tightly roll Nori and other ingredients like a burrito. Take a sharp knife and cut slices. Place on plate and add tomatoes on top. For topping, add mayonnaise and wasabi together and drizzle on top. Enjoy!
