Brookfield man injured in two-vehicle collision
NEAR KEYTESVILLE, Mo. —
A Brookfield, Missouri man is recovering after an early Sunday morning crash.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident happened just after midnight on Highway 5, four miles north of Keytesville, Missouri.
A vehicle driven by Travis Tillman, 34, of Brookfield, was parked in the roadway for an unknown reason.
As a result, an SUV driven by Alexis Ashbaker, 34, of Sturgeon, Missouri rear-ended Tillman.
He was transported by ambulance to Moberly Regional Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.
A passenger in Tillman's truck, Keyera Adams, 19, of Boonville, Missouri was transported by Air Evac to University Medical Center in Columbia for treatment of moderate injuries.
Ashbaker was not injured in the crash.
The crash report does not state whether Tillman or Adams were wearing seat belts at the time of the collision.
