      Coach dies from apparent heart attack

      Northwest Missouri State University says head football coach Scott Bostwick died Sunday. He was 49. The university said in a release that Bostwick died in Maryville of an apparent heart attack. He was named Northwest Missouri's head football coach in December, replacing longtime coach head coach Mel Tjeerdsma, who retired. The university said no other details were available.
