Cocaine sale goes down in Walmart parking lot
UPDATE: Charges were later dropped against Tiffany Gordan in this case.
Three suspects are charged in connection with a cocaine bust that went down Friday morning in the parking lot of the Kirksville Walmart store.
According to court documents, the suspects sold approximately three ounces of cocaine to an undercover officer in that parking lot.
A short time later, the Missouri State Highway Patrol pulled the suspects' vehicle over for a traffic stop.
The three were taken into custody in the Dollar General parking lot on North Baltimore Street in Kirksville.
The suspects are all from Mexico, Missouri.
They are Tiffany Gordan, 36, Marlo Abbey, 32, and Taveon Mahaney, 20.
All three are charged with distribution of a controlled substance.
Gordan and Mahaney are also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Abbey also faces a charge of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Bond is set at $75,000 cash only.
The suspects are being held in the Adair County Jail.
