Community organizing fundraiser for family involved in train crash

Erika and Kallie Clark were killed in train and minivan collision in Batavia, Iowa.

A fundraiser is being organized for the southeast Iowa family who lost two little girls in Mondayâ??s train and minivan collision in Batavia, Iowa.

Killed in the tragedy were Erika Clark, 4, and Kallie Clark, 5, both of Batavia, Iowa.

The donations that are collected will be used to help the little girls' family with funeral costs and medical expenses.

Donations in the form of a check made out to the Lewman/Clark Fund can be sent to city hall in Batavia at 304 Alto St., Batavia, IA 52533.

Erika and Kallie's mom, Tara Lewman, 25, and their one-year-old sister, Jordan Clark, survived Mondayâ??s collision in Batavia.

They were airlifted to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City where they are still hospitalized. A family friend told KTVO Wednesday the two are expected to be ok.
