The two people arrested in connection with a SWAT raid on a Kirksville mobile home have both had their cases transferred to circuit court.
Jackie Potter, 35, of Kirksville, is charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth, three counts of burglary, three counts of stealing, seven counts of stealing a firearm and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Potterâ??s preliminary hearing was held in Adair County Associate Circuit Court, and his case has been moved up to Adair County Circuit Court. He is scheduled to be arraigned on June 18.
Potter remains in the Adair County jail under $75,000 cash only bond.
Jennifer Gillen, 34, also of Kirksville, is charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth, possession of a chemical with intent to manufacture meth and providing precursor materials needed to manufacture meth. She also faces misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Gillen waived her preliminary hearing, and her case was moved up to circuit court where she is scheduled to be arraigned on July 2.
She is also being held in the Adair County jail under $75,000 cash only bond.
Kirksville police told KTVO this remains an active investigation, and further arrests are possible.
