An apparent night of drinking ends with a Macon man charged with a felony and two misdemeanors.
Christopher Maloney, 32, is charged with a felony count of burglary and misdemeanor counts of property damage and sexual misconduct.
According to court papers, Maloney entered a Macon residence by cutting a screen on a window and went into the victimâ??s bedroom. When the noise awakened the victim, she said Maloney was standing in her room without his pants on. She added, he appeared to be very intoxicated.
Maloney was arraigned Thursday in Macon County Associate Circuit Court. He is being held in the Macon County jail under $9,000 cash only bond.
