      Felony charges land man on parole back in jail

      Damien Patterson, 28, is charged with burglary and stealing.

      A Kirksville man currently on parole has been arrested on felony charges in Knox County, Mo. Damien Patterson, 28, is charged with burglary and stealing. He is being held in the Adair County jail, for Knox County, under $20,000 cash only bond.

      According to court papers, Kirksville police served a search warrant at a residence in the 700 block of North John Street. They found several tools that were allegedly stolen from a shop in Baring, Mo.

      Patterson is on parole from his conviction on forgery charges.
