First Lego League group stops by the Adair County Public Library
The Adair County Library welcomed a few special guests for its Summer Teen Wednesday program.
The Clockworks team of the First Lego League stopped by to show those attending how we gather knowledge and skills in the 21st century.
The Clockworks compete on a national level in robotics and coding.
Members of the group say their goals are to design, make something which will complete tasks and to encourage team-building.
â??They're getting an introduction into learning how to program so that maybe they'll have more of an intuition of how to code. I hope they learned how to work in a team. Maybe they'll want to do something with coding or robots when they grow up,â?? said Clockworks member, Richard Ma.
