Fish Taco

Cod or Tilapia- You can Pan Fry the fish, but we will give you two different options.

You can use which ever fish you want I would just make sure to go with a white fish because it takes on other flavors.

To pan fry without flower just add a little oil to a hot pan and Cook off

To fry and oil to pan enough to ½ way cover the fish. Take your fish toss it in a flower mix w/ salt and pepper. Put in egg wash when add to breadcrumbs. Also season the breadcrumbs w/ Italian Seasoning. Add Fish to the hot oil and cook off.

Chipotle Slaw

  1. Lime

  2. ½ cup mayo

  3. 1 Tbl. Chipolata pepper

  4. Cilantro minced

  5. 1 Tsp Garlic

  6. Salt and Pepper to taste

  7. 2 cups coleslaw mix

In a different bowl add mayo, lime juice, garlic mix will together. Small dice Chipolata Peppers and add to the mayo mix, add in salt and pepper to taste, then add in two cups of coleslaw mix. Minced up cilantro and add to the mix

After your fish is done cooking put it in a flower tortilla, then add just a little slaw mix to the top of the fish in the taco.
