Fugitive of the Week retracted

The Kirksville Police Department has retracted its Fugitive of the Week, originally sent November 7. KPD sent the following in a Textcaster alert:

Kirksville Police want to inform everyone that the warrants on Brandi Arey were withdrawn late Monday evening (11/06/2017) and records had not been updated when the original press release was sent out.
