Residents from all over northeast Missouri will have their sights on Atlanta this weekend.
Our camera was at the town's park Friday morning as people were setting up for the big Atlanta Homecoming that begins Friday night and runs until Sunday.
The homecoming committee told us to expect a lot of family fun activities including a car show, parade and fish derby.
After not having the festivities for the past few years, this year's festival has a whole new meaning.
"These are the same games and activities for kids and festivities that my dad grew up with and I grew up with and we want to keep that tradition going for our children and the next generation as well," said Committee Chair Aaron Baker.
You can also expect a lot of live entertainment from local bands and lots of food.
