      Garden Fresh Tomato Salad


      Ingredients:


      3 cups tomatoes (halved grape tomatoes or large tomatoes cut into wedges)

      1 sweet onion, chopped

      1 cucumber, quartered and sliced

      1 green bell pepper, chopped

      ½ cup chopped fresh basil

      ½ cup chopped parsley

      2 tablespoons minced garlic

      Dash of salt

      Dash of fresh ground pepper

      2 tablespoons red wine vinegar




      Directions: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill and serve. This can be served immediately or allow it to marinate overnight.
