      Garden Fresh Tomato Salad

      Ingredients:

      3 cups tomatoes (halved grape tomatoes or large tomatoes cut into wedges)1 sweet onion, chopped1 cucumber, quartered and sliced1 green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil 1/2 cup chopped parsley2 tablespoons minced garlicDash of saltDash of fresh ground pepper2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

      Directions: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill and serve. This can be served immediately or allow it to marinate overnight.
