A Green City, Mo. woman, who pleaded guilty to federal mail and Medicaid fraud charges involving an Iowa Medicaid patient, will soon face sentencing.
Federal online court records indicate Dolores Lucille Snow pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud and one count of Medicaid fraud in September of 2013.
That plea agreement was accepted by the court in October, but Snow has been awaiting a final sentencing hearing.
According to court records, the hearing is set for January 22 in Des Moines.
Snow could face up to 30 years on the charges, but the plea arrangement suggests a likely sentence from 8 to 14 months.
She was arrested in May of 2013 and charged with 38 counts resulting from a scheme to bill Medicaid for services provided to an Appanoose County patient.
In her plea agreement, Snow acknowledged that she did not provide those services.
