A popular Heartland show came back this weekend for the 29th year in a row.
The Hands of Friendship Quilt Guild held the annual Quilt Show at the Adair County YMCA in Kirksville.
People had a chance to walk around and see the variety of quilts that were on display.
Each quilt had a theme and made from a different technique such has hand-made or sewing machine.
The group always appreciates the huge community turn out every year.
"It's interesting listening to the remarks. What are you going to do next year? The community puts a lot of effort into coming out. We have large crowds and seem very interesting in it," said Hands of Friendship Quilt Guild President Di Zook.
The show also featured a bed turning as about 20 quilts were stacked and presented.
This year's theme was "Block Party."
There was also a quilt raffle which is the biggest fundraiser for the group.
Some quilt vendors had booths to sell materials or sell new quilts.
