High school seniors tour Indian Hills Community College

Local area high school seniors were able to get an in-depth look at Indian Hills Community College as the annual Senior Day kicked off Thursday.

Seniors packed into the Hellyer Center around 10 a.m. and were greeted with a routine from the Indian Hills Cheerleading Squad.

The day was broken up into two sessions as Indian Hills opened its facility to prospective students.

Seniors were able to take a tour and see the many programs the school has to offer.

Lori Wolf, guidance counselor at Harmony High School, brought a group of seniors that were eager to learn about Indian Hills.

â??About 60 percent of our students end up in the community college atmosphere out of high school and Indian Hills has tremendous resources and we're not very far from home, so the kids are interested in seeing the programs here,â?? Wolf said.
