Macon host 32nd Annual Old Time Flywheel Reunion

Collectors from across the Midwest gathered in Macon to enjoy the last day of the 32nd Annual Old Time Flywheel Reunion.

Organizers call it a "big family reunion."

Those who have a hobby of collecting things, use the event to catch up and show off their items.

The President of Macon County Flywheel and Collectible Club says, the goal of the event is to show off the importance of agriculture to the area.

"It's not that far back you had family that were farmers," said President of Macon County Flywheel and Collectible Club Danny Primm. "We're basically agriculture based and have a lot. This is to kind of revive those agriculture roots that made people what they were and America what it was today."

The festivities concluded with a performance from the Donnie Roberts band.
