Man charged with sex crime now facing weapons charges

Wesley Tuley is facing charges of armed criminal action, first degree endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful use of a weapon.
Fri, 03 May 2013 16:52:12 GMT — A Sullivan County man already facing a sex related felony charge, now faces additional charges. Wesley Tuley, 43, of Newtown, Missouri, is already charged with sexual misconduct involving a child, now will face charges of armed criminal action, first degree endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful use of a weapon. According to court papers, Tuley is allegedly seen on video pointing a gun at the child??s foot and threatening to blow it off. Tuley remains in custody under $25,000 cash only bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges on May 15.
