Man walks away from rollover crash
NEAR KIRKSVILLE, Mo. —
A local driver walked away from an early morning rollover crash just west of Kirksville.
It happened 6:45 a.m. Tuesday on Potter Trail, one mile west of Kirksville.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol identifies the driver as Tilar Rogers, 21, of Kirksville.
Troopers said Rogers lost control of his small pickup truck and traveled off the left side of the roadway, returned to the road where his truck then overturned, and next it went off the right side of the roadway, coming to rest on its top.
The truck was totaled. Rogers suffered minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
The online crash report indicates Rogers was not wearing a seat belt.
