Employees showed up for work at Milano's to find the restaurant closed
Tue, 04 Jun 2013 21:52:03 GMT — The sign may say "Now Open," but that is not what employees of Milano's Italian Restaurant in Kirksville found when they showed up for work Tuesday. KTVO checked with the finance department at Kirksville City Hall which told us the owners had been to that office on Monday, a day the restaurant is normally closed, to tell them they were closing for good. This is the second Italian restaurant to close its doors at the location. It was previously called Napoli's. The Salamander Grill also was housed at the location, which was previously the home to Aileron??s. Prior to that, it was home to The Shamrock Restaurant and Lounge for a number of years. Milano's opened its doors in September of last year.
