Mini Chocolate Sponge Cakes


Ingredients:


1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix


1 pkg angel food cake mix


Vegetable oil spray


Water


Directions:


Mix both cake mixes in a large bowl. Spray oil in large custard cups. Combine 3 tablespoons of cake mix and 2 tablespoon of water into each cup. Microwave for one minute and let it cool down. Invert the sponge cake onto a plate. You can garnish it with whipped topping, M&Mâ??s, chocolate chips or fresh strawberries, whatever you would like. Vanilla ice cream would go great with it too.
