The symposium will run from four to 10 p.m. Friday, December 7 and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, December 8.
The event will be held at the Kirksville Middle School.
The event is free to attend.
During the symposium there will also be a free trade show and two free meals.
There will be a beef dinner Friday at 6 p.m. and a luncheon Saturday at noon.
