A narcotic search warrant turns up just what investigators thought it would at a home in Mystic, Iowa.
Shortly after 9 a.m., officers from the south central Iowa Drug Task Force, the Appanoose County Sheriff's Office, Centerville police and the Wayne County Sheriff's Office found items used to make methamphetamine.
Two suspects were arrested: Gary Black, 40, and Donna West, 33, both of Mystic.
Black is charged with conspiring to manufacture more than five grams of meth and four counts of child endangerment.
West is charged with providing lithium for the manufacturing of meth and four counts of child endangerment.
Blackâ??s bond is set at $108,000 dollars. West is being held on $13,000 dollars bond.
