Three northeast Missouri residents are now in trouble with the law following the search of a Moberly residence Friday morning.
At approximately 8:00 a.m. Friday, Officers with the North Missouri Drug Task Force, Randolph County Sheriffâ??s Department and Moberly Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at 518 Gratz Brown, in Moberly.
During the search of the residence, officers recovered methamphetamine and cash.
As a result of the search, officers arrested Jon Ryan Teter, 35, of Moberly, Robert Nolan Henry, 44, and Helen Marie Henry, 48, both of Macon.
Randolph County Prosecutor Mike Fusselman has filed charges against Teter for Possession of a Controlled Substance with the intent to distribute methamphetamine and Keeping or Maintaining a public nuisance.
Robert and Helen Henry are charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Keeping or Maintaining a public nuisance.
Randolph County Associate Judge Cynthia Suter has set Teterâ??s bond at $100,000 cash only while the Henryâ??s are being held on $45,000 cash only bond.
