Three men were arrested on drug charges after a drug bust in Clark County overnight. The arrests were carried out by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
Arrested was Christopher James, 34, of Kahoka, Mo. he is charged with manufacture of methamphetamine within 2000 feet of a school. He is also charged with four counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and is being held in the Clark County Jail under $100,000 cash only bond.
Also charged is a Wayland Mo. man, 33-year-old Jerry Kinkeade. He is facing charges of manufacturing methamphetamine within 2000 feet of a school. In addition, he is charged with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor count of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
The third man charged is Richard Roost, 39, of Keokuk, Iowa. He is charged with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. He is being held under $25,000 bond, with 10% cash allowed.
None of the men have yet had a court date set.
