      NEMO man charged

      Jamie Potter, 33, in jail on felony charge

      A northeast Missouri man is looking at a felony charge in connection with a stolen property investigation.

      Jamie Potter, 33, of Novinger, is charged with receiving stolen property. He is being held in the Adair County Jail on $25,000 cash only bond.

      According to court papers, Potter allowed Kirksville police to his garage in Kirksville.

      Inside, police found several tools, a welder and other equipment.

      Further investigation revealed the property to be some of the items stolen during a burglary in Baring, Missouri.

      Potterâ??s initial court date has not yet been set.
