      No Bake Energy Bites and Chocolate Cherry Smoothie




      Chocolate Cherry Smoothie



      1 Cup Almond Milk


      2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder


      1 cup Frozen Pitted Cherries


      ¼ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek is good)


      ½ fresh or frozen banana


      A little honey or agave syrup to sweeten (optional)


      Optional:


      1 serving of your preferred chocolate protein powder


      1 Tbsp melted coconut oil


      1-2 Tbsp Chia Seeds


      ¼ cup unsweeted coconut flakes


      Place all the items in your blender and blend on high 30-45 seconds.




      No-Bake Energy Bites (Makes 18-20 bites)



      1 Cup Oatmeal


      ½ cup Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)


      1/3 cup honey (or agave nectar)


      1 cup coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweeted)


      ½ cup ground flaxseed


      ½ cup mini chocolate chips


      1 tsp. vanilla


      Mix everything in a medium bowl until incorporated. Let chill in the refrigerator for a half an hour. Once chilled roll into ball and enjoy!
