Sapp, 39, was arrested on Tuesday following an investigation by the Clark County Sheriff's Office and the North Missouri Drug Task Force. Sapp is alleged to have been distributing meth in Clark County, Missouri.Sapp is being held in the Clark County Detention Center on a $50,000.00 cash only bond.Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) is a Class B felony.
