Two northeast Missouri residents are accused of dealing prescription drugs near a school.
The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office said the
two suspects are Barry Lemire, 41, and Audrey Bakos, 51, both of Milan.
Bakos was arrested Friday. Lemire was taken into custody Thursday.
Lemire is charged with distribution of the controlled substance, Oxycodone, within 1,000 feet of a school.
His bond is set at $75,000 cash only.
Bakos faces charges of conspiracy to distribute the controlled substance, Oxycodone, within 1,000 feet of a school and maintaining a public nuisance.
She's being held on $50,000 cash-only bond.
The Milan Police Department assisted the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office with the investigation.
