      Peach Inspired Drinks

      Peach Sangria:

      1 Bottle (750ml) dry white wine

      3/4 Cups Peach Schnapps

      1/8 Cups White Sugar

      1 lb. Peaches, Pitted and Sliced

      Directions:

    • Slice peaches into wedges
    • Place peaches in bowels and ??press?? sugar into peaches (don??t pound, juice or pulverize, just press)
    • Pour Peach Schnapps over the pressed fruit
    • Cover and let the fruit mixture rest for at least 15 minutes
    • After 15 minutes has elapsed, combine fruit mixture with wine in pitcher
    • Put in refrigerator ??to work?? at least 6 hours, the longer, the better
    • Peach Mojitos:

      8 to 10 Mint leaves

      2 Lime wedges

      1/4 Cups Peaches, skinned and sliced

      2 Tablespoons Simple Syrup

      2 oz. Peach Rum

      2 to 3 oz. Mineral Water

      Directions:

    • Combine first 4 ingredients in glass and muddle (mash)
    • Add Peach Rum
    • Fill glass with ice
    • Top with Mineral water
    • Pour back and forth with another glass to mix well
    • Spiked Peach Tea

      1/2 Teaspoon Sugar

      1/4 Cups peaches, skinned and sliced

      2 oz. Peach Vodka

      Unsweetened Iced Tea

      Directions:

    • Combine first 2 ingredients in glass and muddle (mash)
    • Add Peach Vodka
    • Fill glass with ice
    • Top with Iced Tea
    • Pour back and forth with another glass to mix well
