      Police seek repeat 'Fugitive of the Week'

      The Kirksville Police Department needs your help locating another Fugitive of the Week.

      Authorities are attempting to locate Anthony ??Andy?? Roscoe Clark, 22, in reference to an arrest warrant from Missouri Department of Corrections/Probation and Parole for absconding parole.

      Clark was previously featured as Fugitive of the Week in March 2014. Clark was apprehended and has since absconded again.

      Clark is a white male, 6??03?? tall, 206 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes.

      Clark has a tattoo on his chest with ??MO 1513,?? a tattoo on his right knuckles with the word ??Game,?? a tattoo on his left knuckles with the word ??Over,?? a tattoo on his left forearm of a rose, skull, sword, dagger, a tattoo on his right forearm of a cross, heart, rose, and ??STWB,?? a tattoo on his upper left arm of tribal, and a tattoo on his upper right arm of a cross and the word ??Dad.??

      Officers have attempted to make contact with Clark at his last known residence but have been unable to locate him.

      Clark is known to travel in the following areas: Kirksville, Novinger, Queen City, Worthington, Rebels Cove Conservation Area, Bloomfield , Iowa, Moulton, Iowa, Centerville, Iowa, and Davenport, Iowa It is believed that Clark is still in the area.
