According to court papers, officers did a well being check on Cordray, who then gave them permission to search the residence.
During the search a glass pipe with a green leafy substance was found, as was a plastic container with a white powdery substance, which later tested positive for meth. Officers also found the sawed off stock of a shotgun.
In a vehicle outside the residence officers discovered a glass pipe with burnt residue and a sawed off shotgun.
Cordray waived his preliminary hearing in Adair County Associate Circuit Court. He is scheduled to be arraigned in circuit court on July 23, 2013.
