Prison awaits convicted meth producer

Brandon Bos sentenced to prison

A northeast Missouri man is headed to prison after pleading guilty in Adair County Circuit Court.

Brandon Bos, 24, of Kirksville, entered the guilty plea to a charge of manufacturing meth near a school.

Bos was sentenced to 15 years in prison on the charge.

He was also ordered to serve a previous sentence of 10 years for violating his probation.

The two sentences will be served at the same time.

Bos was arrested during a meth bust at an apartment in the 3100 block of East Normal, which is within 150 feet of Ray Miller Elementary School.

When police went to the residence to investigate a theft, they discovered a one-pot meth lab in the bathroom of the apartment.
