Rear end collision sends motorcyclist to the hospital
A motorcyclist traveling near Southfork Street in Bloomfield was rushed to Davis County Hospital Saturday afternoon after being rear-ended by a car.
The accident happened just after 1 p.m.
No word yet on the cyclists' condition, however, the impact was so severe it lodged the back tire of the motorcycle into the front bumper of the car.
Iowa State Patrol responded to the incident and is currently investigating the cause.
The Davis County Fire Department, Sheriff's Department, and EMS also responded to the scene.
