      Red, White, & Blue Strawberries

      Executive Chef, Andrea Greer, shows us how to make festive chocolate dipped strawberries for 4th of July.


      This is a chocolate covered Strawberry that is dip in white chocolate. Then the tips we will dip in Blue Sugar.


      Strawberries: Make sure to wash and dry before dipping them in the chocolate.

      Almond Bark: Place almond bark in a bowl over a pot of boiling water, and whisk until it is completely melted.

      Blue Sugar: Have your blue sugar off to the side because right after you dip the strawberry, you need to dip the tip in the sugar right away.


      Then set on a sheet pan and let cool.
