Roasted Corn and Avocado Salsa


      1 Bag of Frozen Corn

      7 Large Tomatos

      1 can of black beans

      1 red onion

      3 Avocados

      ¼ cup lime juice

      1tbl of minced garlic

      Salt & pepper to taste


      Take the bag of frozen corn put it on a sheet tray with some oil and salt & pepper, put in oven at 350 degreesâ?? for 15 to 20 min, or when corn is just a little roasted. Take the can of black beans drain & wash.

      Take the tomato slice then cut into a medium dice, do the same with the red onions. Add everything to a bowl mix add in salt & pepper to taste, and also the minced garlic. After mixing your salsa then you add the avocados. After you take them out of the shell you will slice & cut them into medium cubs. Add a little lime juice on the avocados so they donâ??t turn a dark color on you. Then add the rest of the lime juice and the avocados to the salsa mix up taste to see if you need more salt & pepper.
