City crews, prisoners help roll out the carpet for 2-day summit




Keokuk firefighters, Bridge, Parks and Streets departments employees and a prison crew were out in force Wednesday cleaning up two public parking lots, city right-of-ways and the riverfront in preparation for the Iowa Downtown Summit that is expected to draw more than 300 people to Keokuk next week.
