      Schuyler County search warrant leads to arrests

      Update: February 25, 2014A ruling has been made with one of the defendants. Christina Lutz received two misdemeanors. One for posessing drug paraphenlia. The other for having up to 35 grams of marijuana. She will receive two years of unsupervised prohbation and 20 hours of community service for each count. Evelyn Kay Davidson and Tyson Vincent are still waiting for a judge's ruling.-----------------------------------------------Update: October 26, 2013

      According to probable cause statements issued by the Schuyler County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Josh Dole conducted a trash pull on October 22. Based on Sheriff Dole's findings from the trash pull, a search warrant was issued and executed the morning of October 24.

      On Thursday morning, members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Schuyler County Sheriff's Office and the North Missouri Drug Task Force gathered at the Schuyler County Courthouse before they executed a search warrant at a Queen City residence.

      The search warrant for the residence on Main Street was a result of an investigation conducted by the Schuyler County Sheriff's Office.

      During the execution of the warrant, a misdemeanor amount of marijuana, a substance believed to be methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located.

      Three individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Schuyler County Jail on a 24-hour hold. Charges were formally filed on Friday against the three suspects. Greentop, Mo. resident, Evelyn K. Davidson, 36, is charged with 1st Degree Endangering Welfare of a Child, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Distribution of a Controlled Substance, along with misdemeanor charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. Bond for Davidson was set at $60,000, cash only.Christina K. Lutz, 33, of Queen City, is charged with 1st Degree Endangering Welfare of a Child, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance, along with misdemeanor charges of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of up to 35 grams of Marijuana. Tyson W. Vincent, 27, Queen City, is also charged with 1st Degree Endangering Welfare of a Child, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance, along with misdemeanor charges of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of up to 35 grams of Marijuana. Vincent and Lutz are each being held on $30,000 cash-only bond.The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pursued.
