On Thursday, officers from the Wapello County Sheriffâ??s Office, Iowa Department of Public Safety Division of Narcotics Enforcement, US Drug Enforcement Administration, Ottumwa Police Department Emergency Response Team and the Southeast Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at a residence on West Main in Ottumwa. As a result of the search, officers seized items consistent with the distribution of controlled substances.
Raymond William Wiseman Jr., 29, of Ottumwa, was arrested on outstanding arrest warrants for Delivery of Less Than 5 grams of Methamphetamine, a Class â??Câ?? felony, and 2 counts of Delivery of More Than 5 grams of Methamphetamine, both Class â??Bâ?? felonies.
