Second arrest made in SWAT raid, investigation continues

Jennifer Gillen is charged with felony counts of manufacturing meth

A second person is now in custody in connection with a SWAT raid at a Kirksville mobile home park last month.

Jennifer Gillen, 33, of Kirksville, is charged with felony counts of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, possession of a chemical with intent to produce meth, providing meth precursors and misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Gillen is the second person charged in connection with a raid on a Kirksville mobile home by the Kirksville Police Special Response Team. The raid resulted in the recovery of a large amount of stolen items, including a large amount of guns.

Jackie Potter, 35, of Kirksville, is already in custody in connection with the raid. He is also facing numerous felony charges.

Kirksville Police detectives tell KTVO that this is still an active investigation and further arrests are possible. There are also a number of guns still unaccounted for in connection with the investigation.

Gillen is being held in the Adair County jail under $75,000 cash only bond.
